Microchip microprocessors available at TME are compatible with various types of memories. Most of the chips are available in BGA enclosure featuring number from 196 to 361 outputs. They are clocked at 180-600 MHz. The offer is complemented by SOM (System in Module) solutions which integrate a microprocessor, program memory, power supply and even a Wi-Fi/BT communication module (in ATSAMA5D27-WLSOM1).

MICROCHIP TECHNOLOGY MCUs work with the MPLAB® X development environment and third party IDEs. They are supported RToS as well as Yocto, BuildRoot and OpenWrt Linux distributions.
